People sometimes wonder why things don't seem to go right. However they have no control of their day and basically live that day for the unexpected. Live for that day random bringing. What if I told you part of the reason why you don't have any control of your day is because you don't take control?
There's a common misconception about how beginning your day can impact your day especially if you don't take immediate control. Many believe they are just having a bad day, things just are going downwards or it's just the way its suppose to be? What if you have something to do with it. You have to first think about how to begin your day so it gives you momentum for not only that day but even the entire week. Especially if its a Monday. Lets talk about how in the next paragraph
One of the ways to make sure you solidify a better day or a day that's in your control is how you begin. Take into consideration the following
1) Waking up on time and early
2) Make your bed before leaving the room
3) Physical activity , shower, grooming, dental etc...
4) Win your first hour staying in the moment. No social media, No calories, Only peace & quiet
These may seem a bit different but its vital to win that first hour because we have been trained to be distracted w/ instant dopamine from social media, food when we don't need it. Noise, Multitasking ? which doesn't exist " Task switching" etc... It will do you good to allow yourself to just be in the moment breathe, relax, focus on being productive even when it comes to something as simple as making your bed
Some of the most successful influence rs do this such Terry Crews, Will Smith, Jim kwik, Kobe Bryant and you can use them as a reference to also start your journey to greatness by having that first win on the first hour of the day. With that stated you will gain momentum for the entire day based on the morning
Yes its easier said than done but you have absolutely nothing to lose in trying it out. You have your references , the information etc. Its up to you to take action with it. Remember not to underestimate how you begin a race , it really can effect the entire race. So make sure you start your day off with the intent to win. Like always get better everyday
